Oil Painting- Cottage

This was my family's old cottage before we tore it down to built a new one. My grandpa bought the land when he was 18 and at the time it was just a small cabin that was expanded. I thought I'd honour it and all the amazing years it served us with this painting.

Yarmouth, Nova Scotia

This is my first digital painting with brushes in a couple years I think. The world of digital brushes intimidated me but I'm getting past that. This was a realllllly good exercise.

Lake Ontario Lifegaurds

A music video I created for BLIMP ROCK. Their mission: to have the first rock show on a blimp.

Michael Sandero

A character from an AMAZING podcast called "Welcome to Night Vale"
His Story:  He was a Quarterback with Cerebral Palsy who lost a hand to too many overdue books UNTIL a lightning bolt struck him causing the growth of a second (smarter and more attractive head) and a new hand. It also gave him super human strength and agility.

Illustration for an article about Canada's Prostitution Laws. Depicting a setting you'd never find in Canada today but that you may if we had legislation closer to say.. Amsterdam regarding the selling of sex.

rocketing Giraffe's

This is a little old now but I still like it so I'm putting it here:
It was meant to be a T-Shirt design for Threadless but maybe a tad too illogical and crazy for them.

Kerry Kills Monroe Doctrine

Another U of T article Illustration. This one is about the end of the Monroe Doctrine. I didn't have much time to do this one so I kept it simple. United States Secretary of State John Kerry ending the era of the Monroe Doctrine with a knife and as you can see, the soul of James Monroe is seeping out of it.
